Rolling out Respect@Work

Almost a year has passed since the enactment of Australia's Respect@Work laws, and during this time, a remarkable transformation has been occurring within Australian workplaces. The focus has shifted towards prevention rather than mere response, with a strong ambition for cultural change rather than mere compliance.

Join us for an engaging lunch and learn session with AMP's Chief People Officer, Rebecca Nash, and Rely & Your Call's Head of Advisory, Kirsty Harvison.

Gain insights into:

  • AMP's strategies for implementing Respect@Work laws
  • Practical action to shift the conversation to prevention
  • How AMP is transforming workplace culture and setting the bar high through renewed leadership commitment
